I printed a Gift Certificate but it does not look like the one I previewed. What should I do?
For best results when printing a Gift Certificate, please use Internet Explorer as your web browser (click here to download Internet Explorer). Once you have opened Internet Explorer and displayed your Gift Certificate, adjust the browser settings as follows:
- From the Internet Explorer menu bar, choose Tools > Internet Options > Advanced.
- Scroll down to find the heading ‘Printing’, and check the box next to ‘Print background colors and images’.
- Click ‘Apply, then click ‘OK’. Print the Gift Certificate again.

Do you charge sales tax for Gift Certificates?
No sales tax is charged when buying a Gift Certificate; however, purchases paid for with a Gift Certificate will be charged applicable sales tax.

How is my Gift Certificate applied to my order?
The total value of the Gift Certificate will be applied against the total order amount including sales tax. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

How do I redeem my eBookExpress eBookstore Gift Certificate?
To redeem a Gift Certificate, at checkout enter your Gift Certificate Code into the ’Discount Information’ field and click the ‘Update’ button. The value of the Gift Certificate will be applied against the total amount of your purchase.

Can I still use the remaining credits on my Gift Certificate?
You may re-use a Gift Certificate until the entire value is applied to purchases at the eBookExpress eBookstore. For example, if you have a $20.00 Gift Certificate and make a $12.00 purchase, the remaining balance ($8.00) is available for use on a future purchase. You must re-enter the Gift Certificate Code at the later date to use the remaining credit. Keep your Gift Certificate Code private as it may be used by any customer presenting the Code at checkout.
