What is the 'My Account' page?
The 'My Account' page is a collection of links you can use to access your account information. When you attempt to access this page, you will be prompted to login using a secure sign in form.

What is the 'My Bookshelf' page?
The 'My Bookshelf' page lists all of the materials you have purchased. You can re-download materials from the 'My Bookshelf' page.
If the download link is no longer available, contact support to reactivate the download link. In your email, please provide your Transaction ID and the title of the eBook.

What is 'My Mobipocket PIDs'?
Every copy of Mobipocket Reader contains a PID, a 10 character code that uniquely identifies that copy of Mobipocket Reader. Upon download, this system uses the PID to tie a Mobipocket eBook you purchase to the device(s) on which you want to read it. At the 'My Mobipocket PIDs'
screen, you can register up to 3 PIDs to your account, and review previously entered PIDs. For more information on PIDs, click here.
